As part of the development of our two establishments in Chartres, we are recruiting several cooks on permanent contracts to strengthen our team.
We are looking for serious and motivated professionals, capable of working with both starters and main courses, with a real sensitivity to fresh produce, homemade sauces and traditional French recipes — all while bringing a touch of creativity.
👨🍳 Your missions:
• Prepare starters and main courses according to the technical sheets
• Prepare and master homemade sauces
• Work with fresh products, respect seasonality
• Participate in the creation and improvement of the map
• Collaborate with the team in a professional and dynamic atmosphere
✅ Profile sought:
• Graduate of a hotel school or significant experience
• Good culinary skills, rigor, autonomy
• Sense of organization, team spirit, desire to do well
• Creative? We love new ideas!
📄 Conditions:
• Permanent contract to be filled immediately or quickly
• Varied hours: breaks or continuous depending on needs
